How can I get help
with using the software?
There are a number of alternatives when requesting help with SchoolIP;
On-line Help, Quickstart Guides, the SchoolIP Support Helpdesk

needs. The type of assistance required may vary and so we suggest
the following course of action when seeking help with the SchoolIP

and appropriate to the particular section or screen you are
currently on.

been written to support new users of SchoolIP. These step by
step guides should help you get started with using the software
in the shortest, possible amount of time.

questions. You have free access to support as part of your ongoing

What if I have recently been inspected?
Then now is the ideal time to invest in the SEF Builder from SchoolIP.
Just think of all the time and effort spent collating your response.
With the SEF Builder you can, not only record your answers but
also attach all your evidence to support your response. Questions
can then be changed on a periodic basis to make sure your SEF
is always accurate.
There is an on-line form already
- why would I use SchoolIP?
The SEF Builder is not just an online form. Using the software you
can upload evidence as part of your response. Share key information
with the school SLT and key staff. Grant governors, school improvement
officers and inspectors access to the software to review your SEF and
many more useful features.
