Staff Performance & CPD
Staff Performance Monitoring
within SchooliP enables school leaders to take control of the
staff performance process. With the ability to set personal
and school objectives for staff, monitor their progress,
schedule lesson observations and identify CPD issues, process
of staff performance management is streamlined and
provides you with far greater management and control.
Staff objectives are displayed on the School Development
Plan and are monitored. Personal objectives may be added and their
progress is monitored by your line manager. Lesson observations
are broken down into performance criteria i.e. Behaviour,
Teaching & Learning, etc and a line manager can quickly see
which members of staff are performing well with each of these
criterion.
Staff members and line managers may identify support issues,
which are flagged to the CPD Co-ordinator, who may make
arrangements to schedule courses and training, assigning these
to staff with specific needs. The CPD Co-ordinator has access
to staff and course information across the school to manage
training budgets and course allocation.
