School Development Planner - Integrated Planning and Review Solution
The link between our SEF Builder and Performance Manager the School Development Manager is a simple tool developed to help develop, refine and review the school improvement plan in the most manageable and visually intuitive way. We have seen huge interest in this tool by both Secondary and Primary schools.
Used by itself or in conjunction with SEF Builder, key actions from the end of section statements automatically populate the School Development Planner as school priorities. Each one can be sub-divided into areas within the school and targets are assigned to user groups with email reminders set in advance.
These targets are displayed on visual "target cards" which can be flipped over to write notes on the back of work done and the ability to attach a range of evidence to each one helps organise and keep things in one place.
Each card uses a traffic light system to show which stage the target is on and as targets are reached they progress from red, through amber to green. A simple, but effective way to monitor the progress made across the school in each aspect of the plan.
