SEF Builder - Making the SEF work for you
We responded to requests from a number of schools to support school improvement processes using the Learning Gateway. SEF Builder was devised in collaboration and trialled with a number of schools using the Shireland Learning Gateway and LA advisors.
Although also available as a standalone product, SEF works best when integrated with a Microsoft Learning Gateway. Key elements such as Sharepoint and Outlook are able to support school processes beyond the unique elements that the SEF Builder already boasts. This supportive product takes the collaborative framework of Sharepoint and couples it with email to deliver a completely different way of building your school SEF.
The facility to involve key colleagues in the process has traditionally been very time consuming but our SEF builder makes this happen effortlessly. The solution to producing an outstanding SEF has to be involving all the key people, all of the time, and this is exactly what our SEF Builder does.
