
Staff Performance Manager - Highlighting Professional Progress
Staff Performance Manager facilitates and provides organisation to the continuous cycle of Performance Management. It is in many ways a grown up ILP for our staff but is much more tailored towards establishing a culture of responsibility for the ongoing improvement of the individual and the institution.
Its aim is to provide a clear procedure for staff and managers which contribute to the effective management of teams in order to achieve higher levels of establishment performance.
Here staff can set targets, share them with line managers and other key staff and evidence their professional achievements. It gives order to the setting of targets, formal reviews and the continuous monitoring and feedback cycle. It also has a 360 degree feedback feature which helps teachers self assess and plan next steps and of course, has that all important link into the School Development Planner, so that the individual can connect to whole school priorities.
