The online SEF has allowed us to have a more collaborative, joined up approach to critically reviewing the current position of the school. It has enabled Governors and staff to update the SEF at regular intervals so cutting my workload as Head Teacher, whilst distributing leadership and developing a common, shared understanding of key actions needed for school improvement and raising children’s standards.

SEF Builder has proved to be invaluable to us as a staff. The whole procedure of completing the SEF is more organised than it has ever been and actually makes it much easier to manage. There are some excellent tools such as email reminders and the ability to refer to previous versions that make the whole process straightforward and simple. It really has helped us become more effective in how we implement and delegate parts of the form and has been superb for supporting the new members of the team that had no prior experience of filling out the Self Evaluation Form.
