School Improvement & Performance (SchoolIP) is a suite of tools designed to help schools take their planning, strategic thinking and implementation to the next level.

The SchoolIP suite was developed in response to school leaders' requirements for a fully integrated school improvement planning tool. This approach to school improvement planning aims to raise standards of attainment and promote pupil well-being.

SchoolIP has been designed by British teachers to manage the burden placed on schools, by school improvement. SchoolIP is simple to use, requiring little or no training, providing your school and staff with the tools to facilitate a constant cycle of review.

SchoolIP provides a suite of web-based tools which range from facilitating the process of school's self evaluation, to school improvement planning to managing the constant cycle of staff performance review.
